During the opening, Telangana’s IT and industries minister Sridhar Babu Duddilla highlighted the state’s rapidly growing status as a global innovation hub, citing its impressive ecosystem of over 6,000 startups, 1,500 mid-tier software companies and $30 billion in IT exports.
He emphasised that Hyderabad is not only a “tech city” but also a thriving “talent city” and “innovation city”, equipped with world-class infrastructure, a skilled workforce, and an ideal environment for industries like IT, pharma, biotech, and deep tech.
Duddilla further recognised the importance of small and mid-sized enterprise GCCs as vital contributors to the economy, which drives growth, job creation, and fresh talent development. He stressed that innovation hubs like Ariqt’s are a clear reflection of Telangana’s thriving ecosystem.
